Team/Committee Meeting 12th March

Now that there is an end to Lockdown finally in sight and we have provisional dates for the Eagle to re-open we held a Team/Committee Meeting via Zoom on 12th March.

The main points from the meeting are –

  1. What do we want the event to be in the future?
    1. Still accessible to all
    2. Focussed on the social side of things.
    3. The first event to be a calmer more relaxed event but keeping members involved so they get value for their entry fee, not just access to a space they could enter normally anyway.
    4. Looking into some new ideas to give more value/enjoyment to members.
  2. Current equipment:
    • Soft floor mats
    • Spanking bench
    • Bondage couch (this might be coming to the end of its shelf life)
    • Giant jenga
    • Unglucksrad
    • Stocks/pillory (loaned by Chris)
    • Rope (but we could do with more of this!)
  3. Actions: (if anyone can subscribe to completing one/few that would be appreciated)
    • Create a music play list for the event: Bellus and Cobi own
    • Reaffirm collared discounts with sponsors: no owner.
    • Create new flyers/posters: no owner
  4. Also as a group can we please start brainstorming some photo op ideas.
    • Essentially we want to create a photo opportunity. Something that people are going to want to take a photo of/in/done to so that they share it on their social medias/Kink media’s. Preferably something where we can have our logo on it.

Next committee meeting scheduled for the 16th of April after works, ideally outside the Eagle as we can socially distance drink in person.
